Empathetic. Intuitive. Insightful
Hi, I’m Brintha! I’m here to listen and guide healing conversations that bring you clarity, peace and balance. I provide a safe and welcoming space to help you tune into your inner voice, explore your experiences and create a healing path forward.

My Approach

I use a trauma-informed, anti-oppression and strengths-based approach that prioritizes my clients’ identities and values to help them achieve their goals.

I work with:

• BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals

• South Asian and immigrant populations, including those born to immigrant families

• All survivors of trauma including gender-based violence and systemic racism

• Activists, advocates and community organizers who experience vicarious trauma

I embrace cultural humility and somatic awareness in my therapy practice.

What Grounds and Moves Me

Mind-body Connection

Let’s cultivate your inner calm.

I connect with my mind and body through the practice of yoga. Through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, I ground myself and cultivate an inner calm.

Activism

I will believe in you.

Activism is at the core of who I am—whether I’m speaking up for one person or for many. I believe in the transformative power of using our voices to pursue truth, justice, and collective liberation.

I’m here to support your growth.

I enjoy spending time in the garden, planting vegetables and flowers, and watching them grow. It’s a peaceful ritual that connects me to the earth and reminds me of the beauty in slow, steady growth.
