Together, we explore clinical skills, ethical practice, professional identity, and the challenges that arise in the work, while centering culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed care. Available in both individual and group supervision format.
Therapeutic Coaching Supervision
A collaborative space for coaches seeking support, accountability, and continued growth in their practice. We create opportunities for reflection, skill development, and navigating complex client dynamics while remaining grounded in values-aligned, culturally responsive approaches.

Consultation
Sometimes you need a thought partner. Consultation offers space to explore specific cases, programs, challenges, or professional questions through a lens that considers culture, identity, systems, and the realities impacting the communities we serve.
Training & Professional Development
In person and virtual interactive trainings designed to strengthen knowledge, build practical skills, and deepen understanding of trauma-informed, anti-racist, decolonizing, and affirming practices. Our trainings invite participants into reflection, discussion, and meaningful application rather than simply delivering information.
Sliding scale rates are available based on financial need, with priority given to communities and organizations that have historically faced barriers to accessing affirming care and professional support.
