Taxed: Trauma, Money & Reclaiming Enough
A transformational therapeutic circle exploring how trauma shapes our relationship with money—and what becomes possible when we begin to relate to money differently.

Rooted in Indigenous circle-keeping practices, somatic healing, expressive arts, and group psychotherapy, we’ll explore inherited stories, survival patterns, and systemic forces that shape how we experience money, safety, worth, and scarcity. Together, we’ll cultivate greater awareness, agency, choice, and possibility as we begin to imagine—and reclaim—what money can mean for us.

It's Complicated
A therapeutic circle for navigating love, harm, care, and complexity in family relationships.

A transformational therapeutic circle exploring family dysfunction, relational patterns, and the complexities of caring for family members who may also cause harm. Drawing from Indigenous circle-keeping practices, somatic healing, expressive arts, and group psychotherapy, we’ll explore family roles, boundaries, responsibility, grief, caregiving, conflict, repair, and the different ways we can navigate relationships—from cutting ties to redefining connection—without losing ourselves.

The Stories We Carry
A therapeutic reading group for exploring the stories that shape us, making meaning together, and imagining what else is possible.

Books can offer language for what we’ve struggled to name, mirrors for experiences we thought were ours alone, and windows into ways of being we’ve never considered. Through guided reading, somatic practices, reflection, and collective exploration, we’ll engage with stories about love, grief, identity, family, trauma, joy, and the many complexities of being human. Together, we’ll explore what resonates, what challenges us, whose stories have shaped our understanding of ourselves, and what it means to question inherited narratives, make room for new perspectives, and imagine different ways of being in relationship with ourselves and one another.

Holding Two Truths: The Both/And
An experiential DBT-informed group exploring emotional regulation, relational complexity, and the courage to challenge what we’ve been taught about how to feel, connect, and exist.

Through mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal skills, and somatic practices, we’ll explore how we navigate emotions and relationships in a world shaped by power, oppression, and rigid expectations. Together, we’ll challenge inherited narratives, disrupt either/or thinking, and practice holding acceptance alongside change, self-respect alongside connection, and accountability alongside compassion. This is an invitation to embrace complexity, reclaim agency, and build new ways of relating to ourselves and others without losing ourselves in the process.

Unashamed
A therapeutic circle for questioning the stories that taught us to hide and making room for our whole selves.

Together, we’ll explore how shame takes root in our relationships, bodies, and sense of worth; whose expectations have shaped what we believe about ourselves; and what it means to loosen shame’s grip. Through somatic practices, reflection, and collective exploration, we’ll make room for self-compassion, accountability, and the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to conceal.

Radical Winter: Rest, Rhythm, & Humanity
A therapeutic circle exploring seasonal depression, changing capacity, and what it means to remain human in a world that asks us to keep going.

Drawing from research on sleep, rest, seasonal rhythms, stress, and human capacity, and rooted in somatic practices, Indigenous-informed circle-keeping, expressive reflection, and group psychotherapy, we’ll explore how winter can shape our mood, energy, relationships, and capacity. Together, we’ll examine the personal, cultural, and systemic forces that shape how we rest—or keep going—while making space for the very real demands of living and surviving in the world as it is.
