Serving RI

Collaborative. Real. Supportive.
Hi, I’m Wafa. I believe therapy should be collaborative and restorative—a space where we uncover your strengths, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and build something more aligned with who you actually are.

My Approach

I show up as a real person in the room. That means I’m direct, honest, and grounded. I won’t sugarcoat things—but I will always meet you with respect, care, and intention. My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you understand yourself more deeply, trust your instincts, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

I work with:

  • BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color)

  • LGBTQIA+, TGNC individuals

  • First Generation Individuals

  • Caregivers

  • Helping Professionals

  • Individuals pressured to be the "strong one"

  • Life transitions

  • Intergenerational Trauma

  • Burnout

  • Training and supervising bachelor’s- and master’s-level clinicians, with an emphasis on flexible thinking, clinical identity, and compassionate client relationships.

  • Facilitating trauma-informed practices grounded in both clinical skill and real-world application.

What Grounds and Moves Me

Community

Connection fosters growth.

Through conversation or shared experiences, I believe being in community reminds us we’re not alone—and helps us grow in ways we can’t in isolation.

Creativity

Expression builds insight.

I appreciate how creativity gives shape to what’s hard to say—turning inner experiences into something we can understand.

Stillness creates clarity.

Whether it’s a quiet walk or time by the water, I value how nature slows things down—making space to think, reset, and reconnect.
